Mega Events has been planning and running events in Mumbai since 2012 — weddings and sangeets, corporate stages, festive exhibitions, and the private evenings between them.
We work as one team from brief to load-out: a single design, a single production plan, and the same people on site on the day. Vendors, timings and permissions are ours to hold. On the evening itself, the client’s only job is to arrive.
What we take on
Weddings & Sangeet
Mandap, stage, entrance and floral design, plus the vendor coordination that keeps the day calm.
Sangeet, haldi, ceremony and reception are handled as one production, so the look carries across every function instead of changing between them.
Mandap and stage builds, entrance passages, drape and floral work, seating plans, lighting, sound and the vendor calls that nobody should have to make on the morning.
Corporate Events
Conferences, annual outings, launches and award nights, from venue to run-of-show.
Formats we run repeatedly for Mumbai teams: a forty-person annual outing, a product launch with press in the room, a full award night with a script.
Venue sourcing, run-of-show, stage and AV, branding, catering coordination, hosting, and crew on site from set-up to strike.
Exhibitions & Festive Bazaars
Stall layout, exhibitor onboarding and footfall for festive retail exhibitions.
Festive retail exhibitions run end to end, from the floor plan and stall fabrication to onboarding the exhibitors who fill it.
Stall allocation, promotion and footfall planning, entry management, on-ground support through the days, and settlement with exhibitors afterwards.
Birthdays & Theme Parties
Custom themes built to scale, from a child’s first to an eighteenth.
Themes are built to the room rather than bought off a shelf — a carnival, a rock stage, a film set — and sized to the guest list rather than to a package.
Backdrop and prop fabrication, entertainment and hosting, cake and catering coordination, photography, and the running order that keeps a party moving.
School & Institutional
Annual days, Children’s Day and activity zones, with safety checked before smiles.
Annual days, Children’s Day and inter-school events, planned around a school’s timetable and signed off with the coordinators before anything is booked.
Rides and activity zones checked and cleaned before they open, stage and sound, crowd flow, supervision, and a clean site handed back the same night.
Milestone & Private Celebrations
Anniversaries, surprises and felicitations, planned quietly and delivered loudly.
Anniversaries, felicitations and surprise evenings for family-sized guest lists, where the planning has to stay off one person’s phone.
Venue, décor, performance, photography, and the choreography of the surprise itself — including who keeps the guest of honour busy, and for how long.
We build the doorway the evening walks through.
